Shipping policy

Delivery Method:

Orders typically ship the next business day or within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed over weekends and holidays will ship on the next working business day. Please note that shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather, supply chain, or other carrier-related issues. We typically ship with UPS and USPS.

Shipping Fee:

The free shipping option is typically economy shipping and may take 1-2 days longer than standard "ground" shipping. We cannot ship heavy-weighted orders to P.O Boxes. In such cases, please provide a physical address instead of a P.O Box address.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only ship to physical addresses within the United States. We do not offer shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any other international destinations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Damages:

There is a chance that your order has been lost or damaged in transit, failed to be delivered to the correct location, or has been stolen. There is also a small chance that it has failed to leave our facility on time or is defective. If your product arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide pictures or proof of the damaged product and we will gladly reship it free of charge. Chica De Pora is not responsible for replacement or refund if the package is lost or never received after leaving our facility.
